Mechanical Quantity Surveyor (Industrial Plant)

Position Vacant: Mechanical Quantity Surveyor (Industrial Plant)

Responsibilities:
1. To prepare costing and pricing for tender bids (mechanical & piping works, proprietary equipment, etc.)
2. To prepare Bill of quantities and list of material/proprietary equipment for project execution.
3. To attend tender site meeting/survey, project coordination meeting.
4. To prepare all monthly subcontractor’s claims.
5. To advise from time to time on cost management or value management by doing cost analysis.
6. Any other duties when required by the management.

Requirements:
1. Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Experience: Min 2 years experience in Industrial Plant or Engineering workshop.
3. Preferred with experience in Palm Oil Mill Costing Works.
4. Preferably male candidates.
