INTRODUCTION

Preparation and submission of a correct and complete Customs declaration form has always been a challenge for importer, exporter, manufacturer, customs agent / forwarder, warehouse & free zone operator. With the gazettement of Customs Regulations 2019, new Customs Form K1, K2, K3, K8 and K9 were introduced and implemented on 1.1.2020.For the moment the Royal Malaysian Customs department allows declarant to use the old customs forms for Importation / exportation / transiting / warehousing of goods. But this would soon come to an end. This course is specially designed to provide a step-by-step guide on how to prepare correctly Customs form for import, export ,transit & movement of goods from East Malaysia to West Malaysia & vice versa. An additional form named SST-02 is also incorporated into the training as it is equally important for SST registered manufacturer to fill this bi-monthly payment return correctly. It is by far the most comprehensive guide to help importer / exporter / manufacturer / authorized agent on how to prepare customs form accurately.
